and follow the directions under D. Procedures, 3. Cash Advance, a. Prepare a Human Subject Cash Advance Payment Form to download and complete the Cash Advance Form.
The Approved for payment portion should be completed with Social Sciences current Director of Finance information.
Once the form is completed, email it to the fiscal officer on the KFS Account. The Business Office will obtain all approvals and forward the request to UCI Accounts Payable, with a cc to the preparer, the fiscal officer, and the payee.
